She holds a Master’s degree in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health from King’s College London (KCL) and brings together faith, emotional wellbeing, and practical life wisdom in her ministry and leadership.
Sarah is the founder and Director of Affirmed Heart, a marketplace ministry transforming women’s mental wellbeing and God given purpose. Founder & Leader of Believe B Club, a global personal development community dedicated to empowering women to grow in faith and become well-rounded leaders in every area of life.
She is the author of Believe & Birth, Life Wholeness God’s Way and the Lady with Heart Planner, written to help believers live intentional, faith-filled, and purpose-driven lives.
